This is an American made product with guaranteed workmanship. The retractor is used to hold a variety of fisherman’s tools on the vest for handy access. This tool has a stainless steel spring so it is ideal for saltwater. The retractor is comprised of a three stand nylon parachute cord that extends a full 24 inches and has a 20 lb. test strength.
